What is the master key to bearing fruit for Christ?
- Abide in Christ (stay actively connected to Him)
- You abide in Christ by abiding in His Word and in His Love
- John 15:7-10
- Abiding in Christ includes prayer and fellowship with other believers
- Prayer is a demonstration of your dependence on God
- The Church is the body of Christ; you need the church and the church needs you
- Abiding in Christ includes involves faith and obedience
- Faith and faithfulness are two sides of the same coin. Faith without faithfulness is dead!
- Abiding in Christ involves consecration and service
- Every true believer is called to faithful service (in time, talents, money) to the Lord
- You are to yield to Him so that you can yield fruits for Him
What are the dangers of not bearing fruit for Christ?

- That person will be cut off spiritually

What are the qualities of a true disciple of Jesus?

- A true disciple is more than a fan (a Twitter follower or Facebook liker)
- A true disciple is full of love and fire for Jesus
- A true disciple is a good ambassador of Christ to the world

- You do the works of Christ and reflect the character of Christ
- You think, speak and act like Jesus in this world

What are the benefits of bearing fruit for Christ?
