Can a born-again Christian go to Hell?

Absolutely yes!
Anyone who is born can die; anyone who is sick can die
Lucifer died spiritually, a third of the angels died spiritually, Adam and Eve died spiritually, majority of the Israelites rescued from slavery perished in the wilderness and Apostle Judas went to Hell for betraying Jesus
To be carnally minded is [spiritual] death, Romans 8:6
EVERY tree that does not produce good fruit will be chopped down and thrown into the fire, Matthew 3:10, 7:19
EVERY branch in Christ that does not produce [good] fruit will be cut-off by the Father, John 15:2
The wheat will be gathered into God’s barn but the chaff will be burned with unquenchable fire, Matthew 3:12

How can I be sure to make Heaven?

Believe the gospel (the Word of God – Jesus Christ)
Obey the gospel (the Word of God – Jesus Christ)
Be a genuine believer – committed, faithful and true to the Lord in all things
Produce good fruit – the fruits of righteousness, Galatians 5:19-24
Abstain from sin – living in sin can kill you spiritually – the wages of sin is [spiritual] death, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, Romans 6:23
Beware of religious hypocrisy (false religion and false doctrine)
Beware of idolatry and immorality; beware of worldliness and carnality!, 2 Corinthians 6:14-18, Romans 8:6
Repent quickly; refuse to deceive yourself, 1 John 1:9
Abide faithful in Christ to the end, John 15:1-6
Don’t take God for granted!
Stay humble (poor in spirit): don’t overrate yourself, Matthew 5:3
Endure faithful in Christ to the end, Matthew 24:12-13

What about believers who are not devoted, committed or faithful to the Lord?

To be consistently or predominantly absent from church is bad fruit! (Low attendance or persistent absence at school is bad studentship).
To have no time for prayer and fellowship is bad fruit!
To be unfaithful in tithing and generous giving to the Lord is bad fruit!
To be unfaithful in serving the Lord with your time, skills and energy is bad fruit!
To be habitually living in sin is bad fruit!
Any believer who is dominated by bad fruit is spiritually sick, spiritually dying or spiritual dead
Faith without corresponding actions is dead!, James 2:14,26
A good tree cannot produce bad fruit; if the fruit is bad, the tree is bad, Matthew 7:18-20
Believers who do not produce good fruit are AT GREAT RISK of being cut off and thrown into the unquenchable fire of Hell, Galatians 5:19-21, Revelation 21:8
